格局 GrandScheme 是以繁體中文為主、附英語介面的紫微斗數與八字命理網站。免費排盤工具無需註冊。付費產品為「格局命書」等一次性數位報告。本政策由格局 GrandScheme 營運方發布，託管於我們擁有的網域 grandscheme.life。

2. 我們收集的資料（非 Google 來源）

您自願提供的資料可包括：出生日期、出生時間、出生城市或經度、性別、姓名（選填）、帳戶電郵、結帳時的帳單電郵，以及您儲存在主控台的出生檔案。付款時，完整信用卡號碼由獨立的付款處理商接收；我們不會儲存完整卡號，只保留金額、幣別、訂單識別碼與顧客電郵以便對帳與交付。

我們亦會記錄頁面路徑、粗略裝置或瀏覽器類別、推薦來源，以及匿名工作階段編號，僅用於提供、維護與改善本網站功能（例如了解哪些免費工具被使用），不會用來向您投放個人化廣告。

3. 我們存取哪些 Google 用戶資料

若您選擇「使用 Google 登入」，在您於 Google 同意畫面授權後，我們的應用程式會存取您已提供給我們的 Google 基本個人資料，包括：Google 帳戶名稱、Google 帳戶電郵地址，以及（如您的 Google 帳戶有設定）公開頭像。我們不會向 Google 請求您的 Gmail 內容、雲端硬碟檔案、日曆、通訊錄或其他 Google Workspace 資料。

4. 我們如何使用 Google 用戶資料

我們只會將 Google 用戶資料用於提供或改善格局 GrandScheme 的面向使用者功能：建立或登入您的格局帳戶、把您購買的格局命書與該帳戶連結、顯示訂單狀態，以及在您要求客服時核對身分。我們不會出售您的資料。我們不會把 Google 用戶資料用於目標廣告、個人化廣告、再行銷廣告或興趣導向廣告，亦不會提供予資料經紀或資訊轉售商，不會用於評定信貸或貸款。

我們不會使用 Google 用戶資料來開發、改進或訓練非個人化的機器學習或語言模型。撰寫格局命書時如需運算服務，只會使用您另外自行輸入的出生資料與命盤摘要，不會把 Google 帳戶名稱、電郵或頭像用於訓練任何通用模型。

5. 我們與誰分享、轉移或披露 Google 用戶資料

我們不會把 Google 用戶資料轉移或披露予第三方作廣告、資料轉售、信貸或訓練通用模型等與本應用程式功能無關的用途。我們只在提供本服務所必需的範圍內，與協助我們營運網站的受合約約束處理商分享資料，例如：身分驗證、網站託管、資料庫與檔案儲存、付款處理，以及法律要求時。該等處理商僅可依我們指示處理資料。我們不會把 Google 用戶資料公開張貼，亦不會在未經您同意下於 Google 代您發佈內容。

6. 我們如何保護資料（含 Google 用戶資料）

我們已採取安全程序以保護您資料的機密性。網站以加密連線（HTTPS／TLS）傳輸。帳戶登入與付款頁面由專業服務商處理。完整卡號不會儲存在本站。員工與系統存取僅限履行職務所需。儘管如此，互聯網傳輸無法保證絕對安全。

7. 資料保存與刪除（含 Google 用戶資料）

我們會在履行本政策所述目的所需的期間內保存個人資料（包括 Google 帳戶名稱與電郵），通常直至您關閉帳戶或要求刪除為止，除非法律要求或允許更長保存期（例如付款紀錄以處理爭議或會計義務）。當某一類資料的保存期屆滿，我們會刪除或銷毀該資料，或使其無法識別身分。

8. Cookie 與本機儲存

登入工作階段以瀏覽器 Cookie 維持。我們也會在您的裝置保存主題（淺色／深色）、語言與貨幣偏好、聯盟推薦碼（如有），以及免費排盤結果以便您稍後繼續查看。您可在瀏覽器清除這些資料；清除後可能需要重新登入或重新排盤。

9. 其他個人資料的使用

出生資料與命盤用於計算命盤（含真太陽時校正）、撰寫並交付您購買的格局命書、顯示訂單狀態，以及回覆客服。我們不會出售這些資料。

10. 未成年人士

付費帳戶請由 18 歲或以上人士開立。若您為子女或親友排盤，請確保您有權提供該出生資料。

11. 本政策的更新

我們可能更新本政策。若變更涉及我們如何存取、使用、儲存或分享 Google 用戶資料，我們會先更新本頁並修改下方日期。繼續使用網站即視為知悉更新後的政策。

1. Who we are

格局 GrandScheme is a Traditional-Chinese-first ZiWei Dou Shu and BaZi website with an English interface. Free charting tools need no account. Paid products are one-time digital Life Book reports. This policy is published by the operator of 格局 GrandScheme and hosted on our own domain, grandscheme.life.

2. Data we collect (other than Google)

Data you choose to give us may include birth date, time, city or longitude, gender, optional name, account email, billing email at checkout, and birth profiles saved in your dashboard. At payment, full card numbers go to an independent payment processor; we do not store full card numbers. We keep amount, currency, an order identifier, and customer email so we can match the order and deliver the book.

We also record page path, coarse device or browser type, referrer, and an anonymous session id, only to provide, maintain, and improve this website (for example, which free tools are used). We do not use this for personalised advertising to you.

3. What Google user data we access

If you choose “Sign in with Google”, after you approve the Google consent screen our application will access the Google user data you have provided to us, including your Google Account name, Google Account email address, and (if your Google Account has one) public profile photo. We do not request Gmail contents, Drive files, Calendar, Contacts, or other Google Workspace data.

4. How we use Google user data

We will use your Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features of 格局 GrandScheme: creating or signing you into your GrandScheme account, attaching Life Books you purchase to that account, showing order status, and verifying you when you ask for support. We will not sell your data. We do not use Google user data for targeted advertising, personalised advertisements, retargeted advertisements, or interest-based advertisements, and we do not provide it to data brokers or information resellers, or use it to determine credit-worthiness or for lending.

We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train non-personalized machine-learning or language models. If a Life Book is written using contracted compute, that work uses birth data and a chart summary you entered yourself — not your Google Account name, email, or photo — and is not used to train any generalised model.

5. With whom we share, transfer, or disclose Google user data

We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties for purposes other than providing or improving this application — including targeted advertising, selling to data brokers, information resellers, credit or lending, or training generalised models. We share data only with contracted processors that help us operate the service, limited to identity verification, website hosting, database and file storage, payment processing, and when the law requires it. Those processors may handle data only on our instructions. We do not post Google user data publicly and we will not publish on Google on your behalf.

6. How we protect data, including Google user data

Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your data. We use encryption (HTTPS/TLS) to protect information in transit. Sign-in and payment pages are handled by specialised processors. Full card numbers are not stored on this site. Staff and system access is limited to what is needed to operate the service. No transmission over the internet is guaranteed to be absolutely secure.

7. Data retention and deletion, including Google user data

We store your personal information, including Google Account name and email, for a period consistent with our business purposes: for as long as needed to fulfil the purposes in this policy, typically until you close the account or ask us to delete it, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (for example payment records for disputes or accounting). When the retention period expires for a given type of data, we will delete or destroy it, or irreversibly de-identify it.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold, including Google user data, by using the WhatsApp contact button at the bottom-right of every page on https://www.grandscheme.life and including your account email so we can verify you. You may also revoke 格局 GrandScheme’s access in your Google Account’s third-party app permissions. After revocation you cannot sign in with that Google Account unless you authorise it again.

8. Cookies and local storage

Sign-in sessions are kept with browser cookies. We also store theme (light/dark), language and currency preference, a referral code if any, and free-chart results on your device so you can come back. You can clear these in the browser; you may need to sign in or recast the chart afterwards.

9. How we use other personal data

Birth data and charts are used to calculate the chart (including True Solar Time), write and deliver Life Books you buy, show order status, and answer support. We do not sell this data.

10. Minors

Paid accounts should be opened by people aged 18 or over. If you chart for a child or relative, you must be entitled to provide that birth data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. If we change how we access, use, store, or share Google user data, we will update this page and the date below first. Continued use means you acknowledge the updated policy.
