歡迎使用格局 GrandScheme。使用本網站的免費工具或購買格局命書，即表示您同意以下條款。如不同意，請勿使用付費功能。

1. 服務內容

我們提供免費、不限次數、無需註冊的紫微斗數、八字、黃曆、飛星風水與虛歲工具，以及付費的格局命書（單系統、雙系統合參、年度開運指南）。命書為一次性數位報告，可於網站預覽並下載 PDF。

2. 帳戶

購買或保存結果需要帳戶（電郵或 Google 登入）。您須提供真實可聯絡的電郵，並對帳戶活動負責。我們可在發現濫用、詐騙或違反本條款時暫停或終止帳戶。

3. 價格與付款

價格以結帳頁顯示、並以付款處理商實際扣款為準，目前以港元計價。付款為一次性，非自動續訂。結帳完成即表示您授權該付款處理商向您收費。

4. 交付

格局命書按排隊依次撰寫，一般約需 30 至 40 分鐘，繁忙時可能更長。主控台會顯示進度或預計完成時間。完成後請於「我的命書」查閱與下載。請核對出生資料；資料錯誤會導致命盤與命書不準。

5. 退款

如需退款，請盡快透過 WhatsApp 聯絡並提供付款電郵。撰寫尚未開始者，我們通常可安排全額退款。已經開始撰寫或已交付的命書，因內容已按您的出生資料客製完成，原則上不予退款；若屬我們系統故障導致無法交付，我們會重做或退款。

6. 命理內容的性質

排盤與命書屬命理參考與自我理解，並非醫療、心理、法律、投資、移民或任何專業意見。人生決定請諮詢合資格專業人士。我們不保證特定事業、感情、健康或財運結果。

7. 知識產權

網站設計、文案、商標「格局／GrandScheme」及免費工具介面屬我們所有。您購買的命書供您個人閱讀與保存；未經書面同意，請勿公開轉售或大量複製作商業用途。

8. 可接受使用

請勿嘗試干擾服務、未經授權存取他人帳戶或命書、濫用免費工具作惡意自動化掃描，或利用本站從事違法活動。

9. 責任限制

在法律允許範圍內，我們對使用本站或依賴命書內容所生的間接、衍生或利潤損失不承擔責任。我們對單一訂單的責任上限為您就該訂單實際支付的金額。

10. 準據法

本條款受香港特別行政區法律解釋。若有爭議，雙方應先善意協商。

Welcome to 格局 GrandScheme. Using the free tools or buying a Life Book means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the paid features.

1. The service

We offer free, unlimited, no-signup ZiWei, BaZi, almanac, flying-star and nominal-age tools, plus paid Life Books (single system, combo, annual guide). A Life Book is a one-time digital report you can preview on the site and download as PDF.

2. Accounts

Buying or saving results requires an account (email or Google). You must give a reachable email and are responsible for activity on the account. We may suspend or close an account for abuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.

3. Price and payment

Prices are those shown at checkout and charged by the payment processor, currently in HKD. Payments are one-time, not a subscription. Completing checkout authorises that processor to charge you.

4. Delivery

Life Books are written in a queue, typically about 30–40 minutes, longer when busy. The dashboard shows progress or an ETA. When ready, open “My Life Books” to read and download. Check birth data carefully; mistakes make the chart and book inaccurate.

5. Refunds

For a refund, contact us on WhatsApp promptly with your payment email. If writing has not started we will usually refund in full. Once writing has started or the book is delivered, we generally do not refund, because the work is custom to your birth data. If our systems fail to deliver, we will redo the book or refund.

6. Nature of the readings

Charts and Life Books are for reflection and self-understanding. They are not medical, psychological, legal, investment, immigration or other professional advice. Make life decisions with qualified professionals. We do not guarantee career, relationship, health or wealth outcomes.

7. Intellectual property

Site design, copy, the 格局 / GrandScheme marks and the free-tool interface belong to us. A Life Book you buy is for your personal reading and keeping. Do not resell it or copy it at scale for commerce without written consent.

8. Acceptable use

Do not disrupt the service, access another person’s account or Life Book, abuse the free tools with hostile automation, or use the site for unlawful activity.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages from using the site or relying on a Life Book. Our liability for one order is capped at the amount you actually paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Parties should first try to resolve disputes in good faith.
